Sphere Defender

Sphere Defender is a realtime-strategy game and is inspired by classic tower defense games. The player has to defend his base with a limited amount of resources. To achieve his goals, he can build archer towers, that bolster his defenses by striking down enemies, mage towers, that attack an area of enemies, or farms, that produce more resources for the player to work with. He can also use a different kind of resource to further his knowledge of magic and aquire perks that helphim defend. The home planet is a small round planet on which the player can move freely. The player has to scout the planet to get information about the direction and size of the next enemy wave attacking the base. The game has a realtime day/night cycle and the enemies will always attack the locals at night.

Story: You are the Ruler! Ruler over a small but fine village. But the simple life is to take a brisk end. Your home planet becomes a victim of something unthinkable. An invasion!

Presumably they want to use the magical energy of the planet for their own purposes and do not hesitate to kill everything that stands in their way.

You do not know who or what this enemy is, but one thing you are sure of; you must fight to survive. Fortunately, you know some of the secrets of magic and therefore have an ace or two up your sleeve. However, you soon realize that the invasion is never-ending. In this endless battle, you can only survive if you use your abilities, expand, improve and protect your village as a ruler, adopt the enemy's technology and, above all, develop a sophisticated strategy.
